Writer, Broadcaster, Journalist
David Mooney is a young broadcast journalist and writer based in the UK. He is experienced in presenting live and pre-recorded radio and television, with a 2:1 in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire. He currently hosts That Monday Feeling on 96.9 ALL FM, The Blue Moon Show on 104.9 Imagine FM, a brand new, interviews-based podcast, called Direct Quotes and The Blue Moon Podcast for bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk.
He has written for Football Fancast, he writes regular columns in the Manchester City fanzine King Of The Kippax and match reports on all of Manchester City's competitive games. He is currently writing one 365-word story a day for a year, called Three-Six-Five. He also writes a regular blog and is currently working on his first novel. His first Manchester City book, From Takeover To Trophy, is available to buy in paperback from Lulu or an ebook from Amazon.
David is a self-confessed Twitter addict, a part-time water polo coach and he likes Matt Smith's Doctor.
